Introduction
Western ブロッティング は、SDS-PAGE で電気泳動したタンパク質を疎水性メンブレン (PVDF 膜など) に転写し、抗体で目的のタンパク質を検出する方法である。

- iBlot 2 用メンブレンスタック (Invitrogen, IB23001)
