Note
S105 of GATA4 is phosphorylated by ERK1/2 (Liang, 2001) and is important for transcriptional activity (van Berlo, 2011). GATA4(S105E) is expected to mimic phosphorylated GATA4.
FLAG-GATA4(S105E) cDNA was obtained from TOPO-FLAG-GATA4(S105E) cut by EcoRI and XhoI.
