Abstract

Advances of stem cell technologies enabled us to analyze the basic embryo development and the application of the bioindustry. The stem cells were isolated from the central area of the area pellucida of the stage X blastoderms. The cells were microinjected into the recipient. Molecular markers were applied for identificationof the chimeras. The established strategies lead efficient generation of the chimeras and molecular identification. These strategy should be one of the most powerful tools for future poultry breeding.
