pCDNA-FLAG-GATA4(S105D)

pcDNA-FLAG-GATA4(S105D)

Backbone pcDNA3.2/V5-DEST
Insert FLAG-mGATA4(S105D)
Seq cDNA / amino acid
Site NcoI/EcoRI
Selection Amp

Note

S105 of GATA4 is phosphorylated by ERK1/2 (Liang, 2001) and is important for transcriptional activity (van Berlo, 2011). GATA4(S105D) is expected to mimic phosphorylated GATA4.

This plasmid was established by Dr. Yoichi Sunagawa and kindly provided from Hasegawa lab.
