Genomic DNA extraction from mouse tail by NaOH
Material
- 50 mM NaOH
- 1 M Tris-HCl (pH 6.8)
Protocol
- Cut 5-10 mm mouse tail and put it into 1.5 ml tube.
- Add 250 ul of 50 mM NaOH.
- Incubate at 95C for 1 h.
- Add 50 ul of 1 M Tris-HCl (pH 6.8).
- Use 1 ul for PCR template.
